Roorkee. Rotary Club Midtown Roorkee today held a Bon Voyage ceremony for District Governor Elect Rtn. Rajpal singh who will soon travel to USA for Training and multicultural programs .Roorkee MLA Pradeep Batra also was present at the event and Felicitated Rajpal singh.
